We would first like to express our sincere appreciation to our many family members and friends who have helped us to be where we are today and for visiting our website. We have had so much fun and experienced so much thus far in our journey.

As for the fun details of how we met...... the bride's mom and groom's dad met at a business luncheon, began discussing details on each of their single children who were still looking for that special "one", gave us e-mails to exchange..... and the rest is history! After almost 3 years, here we are, more in love than ever and anxious to begin our new life together!

Whadaya know? An arranged marriage (almost) that worked out unbelievably! :)

The ceremony will be held at a beautiful beach on Lake Tahoe at the Zephyr Cove Resort. Greatly honoring the bride by having been a wonderful mentor, teacher and friend, Rev. Jeppie Wilson will seal our vows in a very small, but intimate setting with our closest family and friends. And, yes, the bride will be wearing RED!!! Dave's father will be standing proud as Best Man and Kara's sister will be glowing as Maid of Honor. We're thankful and honored as well, to have Dave's brothers and sister, as well as Kara's best friend accenting us up front. The resort, where some of you might be staying, is just a hop, skip and jump over to the area of the beach where it will all be held. Short, sweet and meaningful... and then off to the party boat! :)

We'll be heading just a few steps down the beach to take off on a privately chartered boat cruise around the lake for three hours. There will be a great meal, dancing and cocktails provided as we all relax and celebrate!
